Who can rent?

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• National ID for residents, passport for Moroccans abroad and visitors. Foreign licences are accepted.

Deposit

A deposit is required at key handover. The amount depends on the car and is shown on each car page. It is refunded on return, after the car is checked.

Fuel and mileage

• Unlimited mileage.
• The fuel level is noted at pick-up: return the car with the same level.

Insurance

All our cars are insured. In an at-fault accident, an excess remains payable by the customer. The full-cover option reduces it.

Pick-up and return

At the agency, airport, train station, port or your hotel. Beyond one hour late, an extra day may be charged: let us know on WhatsApp.

Payment and cancellation

• Payment at key handover: cash, bank transfer or card.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.

During the rental

• Non-smoking car.
• Only drivers named on the contract may drive.
• Leaving Morocco is not allowed without the agency's written consent.
